TLC FOODS – Tropical Key Lime Mix

We enjoyed the Layered Bean Dip but had to have some sweets too, so I made Key Lime Vanilly Cups.   Oh sister, this is so good!

Key Lime Vanilly Cups

  • 1/2 a package of Tropical Key Lime Mix (this leaves you 1 and 1/2 packages for something else!)
  • 1 8 oz light cream cheese – softened
  • 1 8 oz fat free cool whip or whipped topping
  • Vanilla Wafers – 32 cookies

Mix together Key Lime Mix, cream cheese and cool whip until smooth and creamy.  Chill.  In Cupcake Cups add a Vanilla Wafer to the bottom, then a spoonful of the filling.  Add another Vanilla Wafer and more filling.   These soften quickly so chill until ready to serve.   Makes 16.   Enjoy!

I prepared them on a cookie sheet and put it in the fridge to chill. Another benefit with Longaberger Pottery...it gets cold quickly and stay cold. It's vitrified!
