Look What I Made!
A Lemon Poppy Seed cake in the Fluted Cake Pan for our Weaving Friendship Gathering on Tuesday night. It was a mix and I added fresh picked blueberries. Longaberger Pottery makes even a box mix look and taste good! Yumo! You can still purchase the Fluted Cake Pan online at the Factory Store while supplies last. While we visited, Chris made another great cake in the microwave in 12 minutes! That’s right 12 minutes. It was awesome too! I’ll share the recipe in another thread.

I converted the muffin recipe into a cake. So it's a little on the smaller side but the pieces didn't seem like it.
A pan that needed to be cleaned up in time for guests to arrive.

Good as new...that's Longaberger Vitrified Pottery. Freezer, oven, dishwasher (me this time!) and mircowave safe.
