It’s all in a Day’s Adventure – Part 1

By Cindy Goff

What an adventure!  Last week I headed to up the road to Marie’s for a great lunch meeting  at Trexler’s Farm, at the old Mehama Fish Hatchery.   20126 Ferry Rd SE, Stayton, OR.  It’s now a Country Farm Store Cafe and Bakery and is open only for lunch, Mon – Sat, 11 – 2 Pm.  Super fresh, yummy food and well worth the trip.  Can’t wait to go back!

It's tiny but BIG on great food!

Jaime and Justine are so friendly! You can tell they love their jobs.

Trexler's do custom woodworking and this bar was awesome!

We had to snap a picture of the cute LadyBugs for Kaethe A.

This is the Boat Room, filled will all sorts of old junk and tools of the trade. A great place for private parties.

This old window was suspended from the rusty metal ceiling. It was way cool!

It would have been pretty easy to just stay here for the rest of the afternoon, but we had some serious berry picking to do.

Tools of the trade on the wood shed.
