FRUIT PIZZA
SummerTime Picnic and TLC Foods. A perfect combination! Excited when my order arrived with the new foods we’re debuting for fall. I quickly settled on some recipes to make and share at our Celebration.
First off it’s Fruit Pizza with a twist. TLC’s White Chocolate Amaretto Mix! Available Sept 1.
FRUIT PIZZA
- 2 rolls sugar cookie dough
- 1 packet White Chocolate Amaretto Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (I used light)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (I used fat free)
- Strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, almond slivers (or any variation of fruits and nuts that you like)
- I used a BAG OF FROZEN FRUIT – must less work and just as good! I call it Cheater Fruit.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slightly grease bottom of the Longaberger Handled Platter (current line), or retired Longaberger Pizza Pan. Spread entire cookie dough evenly on the center of the platter covering the entire bottom (not the sides). Bake 12 – 15 minutes or until cookie dough is slightly brown. (do not over cook or it will be hard to cut). Set aside and let cool.
Mix together cream cheese and White Chocolate Amaretto Mix with a mixer until well combined. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread on the top of cooled cookie.
Top with fruit. Cut with pizza cutter. Store in refrigerator.
