Berry Pie
Oooh so good! I made this pie for Weaving Friendships last month in our Pink Pie Plate. It’s so easy and yummy on a hot summer day. Probably wouldn’t matter what kind of berry you use but I lucked into a whole bunch of fresh blackberries from Carla and they worked perfectly. Thanks Carla! I have since made the pie several more times and promised to share the recipe. This month I think I will make something in the Fluted Cake Pan that just happens to be on special on Tuesday!

- 1 (8 oz) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

In a large bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; combine well. Mix in berries. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust. Freeze 5 hours or until set.
