Always requested at parties and family gatherings.  So simple to make.

ARTICHOKE DIP

  • 1 can artichoke in juice (not marinaded)
  • 1 cup mayo – I use light
  • 1 cup sour cream – again light
  • 6 – 8 oz fresh Parmesan cheese – Not the kind in the shaker container!
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

Strain and chop artichokes.  Mix together all ingredients and cook in the Longaberger Vegetable Bowl, Pie Plate or 8 x 8 Baking Dish.  All oven and microwave safe.

Bake in oven for  20 minutes at 375 until bubbly and a bit crusty on the top.   OR I often microwave it, stirring every couple of minutes until it’s hot all the way through.  Yumo!

Some  like it HOT!  Spice it up with Frank’s Hot Sauce or a TBS of chopped jalapeños.
